In all other states, we act as an authorized loan broker connecting you with licensed third-party lending partners.

  • Driver’s License or State ID Number — Required for identity verification 
  • Financial Account Information — Required for fund disbursement and payment processing 
  • Precise Geolocation — Collected via GPS device if installed as a loan condition 

We use sensitive personal information only for purposes necessary to provide you with our loan products and services, including identity verification, fraud prevention, loan underwriting, account servicing, and compliance with applicable laws.

  • From consumer reporting agencies: Credit reports from TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, LexisNexis, or FactorTrust

Restrictions on Sharing Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The following are our general retention periods:

Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of covered information under NRS 603A. We do not currently sell covered information, but you may submit an opt-out request to legal@montanacapital.com.

Several states including Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), and others have enacted privacy laws with similar rights. Appeal Process
