Promotional Messages (Marketing)
With your separate express written consent, we may send promotional messages about:

You are not required to consent to promotional messages as a condition of obtaining a loan or any other service from us.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages by:
• Providing your mobile phone number during the loan application process and checking the consent box
• Requesting text notifications when speaking with a customer service representative
• Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
When you opt in, we may send a confirmation message to verify you are in possession of the device associated with the phone number you provided.
By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time. We make it easy:
Reply STOP
Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Call Us
Call us at 818-503-9393 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time) to request removal from our text message list.
Email Us
Email legal@montanacapital.com with your phone number and request to unsubscribe.
Your opt-out request will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive it. You may receive a few additional messages while your request is being processed.
There is no fee to opt out of text messages.

6. Message Frequency and Timing
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive multiple messages per month related to payment reminders, account updates, or promotional offers (if you have consented to receive them).
We send messages only during reasonable hours and will not text you before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in your local time zone, except for urgent account security matters.
7. Costs and Charges
Montana Capital does not charge a fee for text messages.
However, standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message you send or receive. These charges will appear on your phone bill.
If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier directly.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and related data are collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Important: We will never share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile information is used only for:
• Transactional communications about your loan application or account
• Promotional messages (only with your separate consent)
• Customer service communications you initiate
9. Your Responsibilities
To receive text messages from us, you must have:
• A mobile device capable of receiving SMS/MMS messages
• An active wireless service plan that includes text messaging
• Sufficient storage on your device to receive messages
Keeping Your Information Updated
It is your responsibility to:
• Provide an accurate mobile phone number that belongs to you
• Notify us promptly if your phone number changes
• Ensure you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at the number provided

10. Supported Carriers
Our text message program is designed to work with major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all carriers support all types of messages, and carrier coverage may vary. If you experience issues receiving messages, contact your wireless carrier to verify that SMS services are enabled on your account.
11. Limitations of Text Messaging
Text messages are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as your sole source of account information. Please note:
• Messages may be delayed due to network issues or carrier limitations
• We cannot guarantee delivery of every message
• Some carriers may not support all message types
• Message content may be compressed or altered by your carrier
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interception of messages by your carrier or third parties. For important account information, we recommend also checking your online account or contacting us directly.
